腎內科主要致力于原發性和繼發性腎臟疾病診斷和治療;開展了多種血液凈化方式，全部實現高通量血液透析，多項技術走在全國前列;依托我院雄厚的康復平臺和豐富康復資源優勢，開展了多種形式的慢性腎臟病(CKD)康復治療模式，極大地提高了CKD患者的生活質量。病區床位18張、血液透析床位34張，醫護人員40余人，包括主任醫師1名，主治醫師6名，住院醫師6名。
科室承擔北京市首都醫學發展基金1項，財政部課題6項，院級課題5項，參與衛生部、科委、國際合作課題多項，發表中英文論著40余篇。
我科在CKD的預防、診斷和治療上具有很強的實力，科室帶頭人馬迎春主任作為主要成員開發出了評估適合我國成年CKD患者的腎小球濾過率(GFR)的預測方程，定期開展對CKD患者的宣傳和教育，建立了CKD患者隨訪制度，為CKD患者制定合理化的治療方案。尤為突出的是，依托中心在康復方面的優勢，通過開展CKD患者康復治療，包括教育、鼓勵、運動、工作、評估為主的綜合性康復治療。連續7次成功舉辦北京國際康復論壇腎臟康復分論壇，為廣大腎內科醫務工作者做好對慢性腎臟病的綜合康復管理提供了積極有益的參考。全面關注CKD患者的生理及心理健康，最大程度地提高CKD患者的生存質量，使他們盡早回歸社會，回歸家庭，為社會及家庭做出貢獻。
【科室特色】

原發性腎小球腎炎、尿路感染、糖尿病腎損害、高血壓腎損害、系統性紅斑狼瘡、過敏性紫癜腎炎、乙肝病毒相關腎炎、多發性骨髓瘤腎損害、淀粉樣變腎損害、輕鏈沉積腎損害;腎血管疾病、腎小管間質疾病、免疫結締組織病腎損害、各種藥物及食物中毒等的診斷和治療。
2. 慢性腎臟病以及透析患者的生活質量評估以及康復治療，包括物理療法、作業療法以及心理評估和康復。

多種血液凈化方式，包括腹膜透析(PD)、血液透析(HD)、血液濾過(HF)、血液透析濾過(HDF)、持續床旁血液濾過(CRRT)、血液灌流(HP)、血漿置換等。目前已經全部實現高通量血液透析，多項技術位于全國前列。

Hospital
The nephrology department of Beijing Bo'ai Hospital is mainly devoted to
diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary kidney disease. We have carried
out various of blood purification methods, all to achieve high-flux
hemodialysis, a number of technologies are at the forefront in our country.
Relying on the strong platform and rich resources of rehabilitation in our
hospital, we have carried out various forms of chronic kidney disease (CKD)
rehabilitation mode, greatly improved the quality of life of patients with CKD.
We have 18 hospital beds and 34 hemodialysis beds, have more than 40 medical
staff, including one chief physician, six physician and six residents.
Our departments undertake one Beijing Capital Medical Development Fund, six
ministry of finance subject, five hospital-level topics, participate in a number
of projects of Ministry of Health, Science and Technology Commission, and
international cooperation, published more than forty articles in English and
Chinese.
Our Department have rich experience in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of
chronic kidney disease, our department leader Dr Ma as the primary member
developed a predictive equation for glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in Chinese
adults with CKD, regularly carry out publicity and education on patients with
chronic kidney disease, have established the CKD patients follow-up system, to
develop a rational treatment plan for patients with CKD. Notably, relying on the
advantage of our center in the rehabilitation treatment, we carry out
rehabilitation exercise treatment in patients with chronic kidney disease,
including education, encourage, sports, work, and evaluation of comprehensive
rehabilitation treatment. We have successfully held seven Beijing International
Rehabilitation forum kidney rehabilitation forum, and have provides a positive
and useful reference for the majority of renal medical doctors to do a good job
of comprehensive rehabilitation management of chronic kidney disease. We pay
full attention to physical and mental health of patients with CKD, to maximize
the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease, in order to make
them return to society, return to family and contribute to society and family as
soon as possible.
【Characteristic Treatment】
1. The diagnosis and treatment of primary glomerular nephritis, urinary tract
infection, diabetic nephrology, hypertensive renal damage, systemic lupus
erythematosus, Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, HBV-related nephritis, renal
damage in multiple myeloma, amyloid nephropathy, renal damage in light chain
deposition, and renal vascular diseases, renal tubulointerstitial disease,
immune connective tissue disease renal damage, a variety of drugs and food
poisoning and so on.
2. The quality of life assessment and rehabilitation in patients with CKD and
dialysis, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and psychological
rehabilitation.
3. Various of blood purification methods, including peritoneal dialysis,
hemodialysis, hemofiltration, hemodiafiltration, continuous renal replacement
therapy, hemperfusion, currently we have all achieved high-flux hemodialysis, a
number of technologies are at the forefront in our country.
